The Founder
Tom Menso has been in the construction industry for over 15 years, with experience in carpentry, as a foreman, an estimator and a site manager. He has worked with some of Brisbane’s best designers, builders and subcontractors on architecturally designed homes and high-end commercial projects. Tom is well known for his focus on detail and his commitment to beauty and quality and for helping clients to develop their own visions. He began Osnem Projects as a vehicle for executing his client’s visions on a daily basis.
Osnem Projects’ clients love working with Tom because of his unique ability to simultaneously think about the functionality of a space and the most aesthetically pleasing way to construct it. And he always consults with the client to ensure that every detail is matched perfectly to their lifestyle. To support his own vision for Osnem, Tom has brought together a team of the best of Brisbane’s subcontractors who are undeniable experts in their own fields, including in the interior design niche. Regardless of their specific capabilities, each member of our team share a passion for customer service, communication and for delivering exceptional project outcomes.
Tom is also a family man, with a young daughter and another arriving soon. As a family they love getting outdoors, and especially love heading to the beach, but for Tom any (and all!) adventure will do.
