Ashgrove 2.0

House Renovation & Extension in Ashgrove

This Ashgrovian renovation and extension involved reconfiguring the existing four bedroom, three bathroom, one car structure, extending and building in underneath.

To bring new life to the home and modernise the layout, the kitchen, living, and dining were relocated downstairs, which now flow seamlessly out to a large entertainers deck, pool, and amenities. Additional bathrooms, bedrooms and rumpus room were added to the first floor. As well as an updated grand master suite, complete with a walk-in robe and ensuite.

The old tile roof was replaced with colourbond sheeting and the front verandah fly over roof was reverted back to a gable end, in keeping with the original Queenslander character of the house, transforming the front facade. An extension to the garage and driveway provided extra width for two cars and additional storage space.
